We require up-to-date vaccination records (Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP). Upload them on the booking form or bring them on the day.
It varies by service and breed. A Nail Trim takes ~15 minutes; a Spa Day can take ~2 hours.

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and digital payments (Venmo, Zelle). Payment is collected at pick-up.
